The Pawns are in league with the Bishop. They leave to go buy poison with the alibi that they are buying groceries. They come back without anyone seeing, deliver the poison to the chef, and go back into town to give themselves an alibi for the night. The bishop puts the poison in the queens food and kills her. The bishop brings in the Queens food, she dies, and he reports the body half an hour later when he comes to bring desert in.
