They had a lot of Chinese food. My favourite is dumplings🥟and moon cakes🥮
Well at least in the southern states🇺🇸 they eat stuff Like rattle snakes and racoons and while IT IS Strange to me as an european I respect their eating culture

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area (home to the largest Chinese population outside Asia) and can testify that at least in this part of America we can find almost any kind of food that is found in China. The thousands of tourists from China that visit here and the many students from China at Berkeley, Stanford and other universities have plenty of home-style restaurants to choose from.
Well clearly Not everyone from the southern states eats those I just there CAME across ppl who do
