yah thats true, but to take that a little bit further would be to say that because everything we see is slightly delayed, we could say that relative to us, everything is on 'time' exactly as it is.
aka time is relative lol
so yeah, everythings late according to exact time relative to, idk, light, i guess, but relative to us as humans, time is exactly how it can be.
