I started a new game with a player with a 1400 average,on line chess.and has no wins or losses.Im his first player,How did he start out at 1400,

I would write an email to the staff. It is possible that his rating reflects a reopened account.

I looked at the ratings of a dozen new members in online chess and they are all started at 800 once they start playing their first game.

I searched the lists of online players and it appears that there are a lot of players with ratings of 1400 who have never won a game. Something may be screwed up.
