Could you beat the person above you in a 100m race?

My PB is 12.6 seconds. And that is with me only racing it once and being an 800m runner and further distances. Nothing less

I'm doing 100m and 400m this year. People are saying the other schools are fast asf so I'm probably cooked XD

I forgot... it was in grade 5, third in my heat and third fastest on a good day
I forgot what I got but I got second in my grade with sub 15 I think Idrk ;-,
