In Clark County,  Nevada, there's a woman in her 30s who has been Infected with the Omicron variant. Although she was fully vaccinated. The Omicron is highly transmissible...

It was a lot higher --around 90%-- for the Delta variant, but still, in the case of the Omicron , and from the data for South Africa,  there are 70 % less people hospitalized who have  had 2 doses of the Pfizer vaccine

For some unknown reason the NFL is all up in arms and confused by all the new covid cases in the league.  So lets see...

They are allowed to go to work without masks.  While the rest of us are required to wear them.  And they cant understand why they have so many new cases?

I am the supplement king.  I have been taking vitamin D and Zinc with Quercetin long before covid showed up.  Healthy as a horse.

Its sad how so many don't take care of themselves.   The human body can fight off so many nasty things if only people would eat right, exercise, take care of themselves, and drink plenty of water.

We have people spending hundreds and thousands of dollars to go to health spas to feel better when all they need to do is drink enough water.

Water? Try a smoothie. The one’s I drink have Blueberries, Milk, Bananas, some kale, and some honey (but not to much). Very healthy, and tastes good!

Lets just say i had a bit of a drinking problem.  So i no longer partake.

Never have cared for the taste of beer.  I do like the taste of Hefeweizen though.

My alcohol of choice was Vodka, and pretty much any hard alcohol.  I can have the occasional shot if i want.  But i prefer to waste my extra carb intake on things like 100% chocolate.

I did lazy keto/dirty keto for 4 years and it did wonders for me.  But I wanted more.  So i started researching and came across clean keto.  So while i still do keto, I started eating clean.  Grass fed, organic food.  Like the saying goes:  "You are what you eat."  But I took it one step further: "You are what your food eats."  So i quit eating grain fed meat. 

Grass fed organic meat, eggs, chicken. 

Organic veggies and fruits. 

Lots of water.

Exercise, stretching, sunshine.

If my doctor had his way i would be on 6 prescriptions.  I have reversed and or minimized them all.

It did wonders for me too and intermittent fasting. I would never have thought possible what happened , especially with blood sugar levels.  I had lots of trouble with that for years, but during lockdown I  had to take the time to find a way to change all that and it worked. I'm grateful for the pandemic and youtube where it's possible to find good news about your health

Thanks for the reminder.  I forgot to include IF.  Even during the unhealthiest parts of my life i was never sick.  Never had the flu, and cant remember the last time i had a cold.  But i look back at how badly i treated my body.  Im shocked it has held up as well as it has.  But once i started eating right, stretching, exercising, IF, and educating myself that took it to a whole new level.  Eating things i always hated, actually enjoying going to the gym.  I love being healthy. 

I can be  supplement junkie trying new things.  Seeing what works for me and what doesnt.

I hear ya Ron.  I like bananas, but the texture....
