I've never had someone disconnect, does it then award you the win?
If so, it's a lot better than them just walking away and letting time run down.

Dont you just hate when people are losing a game and they just magically happen to get disconnected off the internet? Secretly, I think they turn their internet supporter off. Wireless, modem, etc. It's just a thought. Seems like they have no honor.
