But, your sister can turn off direct messages completely or filter them to just friends. If she wants to, she can go to her profile, click "Edit Profile" in the top right, scroll to "Social". There, she can choose how she wants DMs and game messages filtered.
Yeah, I know her. I haven't talked to her in a little while, though.
