Even if you don't kill them yourself, most places eating human flesh is illegal, so no, I don't think eating vegetarians is a good idea.

But, there's always the risk of developing prion diseases. Stay away from neural tissue. 
If the vegetarians are higher-rated opponents, I suppose eating them would be one approach to better results. But study and analysis seems a safer course.
