Hour is different, it’s pronounced “our” and “our” has a “an”after it because of a vowel, this is a special and weird case of the English language it does not apply to hen, say “an hen” out loud, doesn’t sound right does it? It’s because it’s not
You don’t put an after hen only hour and vowels
