Emma having trouble with mute.

Emma told me to say her mute isn’t working correctly. It was not a phantom mute, but a 24 hr mute. It started on July 10 and hasn’t gone away, and she has no email to contact cc.

There's this thing called contacting support that has a group of people whose whole job is to do things like unmute people.

I know, it sounds too good to be true, but it is.

She would, but I have 0 clue what’s happening. I think her parents might not want her on OTF, so she doesn’t wanna use her email.
