I knew she was muted. Cursing without a filter makes the mute justified. I think everyone agrees on that.
Though, if chess.com said that she was only supposed to be muted for a day, then she should be unmuted by now. Messaging support would be her best option if she wants to get unmuted. There could be a deeper reasoning behind it, though.
