hey there guys, hope you all are doing fine , as you all probably know there is a new virus called covid-19(coronavirus) that has become pandemic! there is a lot of misleading and dangerous misinformation about this virus all over the media my goal is to give you facts and true information in order to help you and your loved ones staying safe.

>COVID-19( coronavirus) is not the FLU ! its much more deadly and worse both in case fatality rate and transmission
>it spreads aerosols which means just by breathing it can infect others!
>it affects people in all group age and medical conditions but those at older age or pre existing medical conditions are at more risk! ( there are people as young as 16 years old in intensive care units right now!)
>new reports shows some recovered patients have permanent damage to their lungs and need life long support for gasping air, damage to 20 % to 30% of their lung capacity!

1-when/if you get coronavirus , YOU WANT AS SMALL AS STARTING VIRAL LOAD AS POSSIBLE! . so yes get those masks,gloves, goggles, wash hands etc , and wear them cause while they dont protect you 100%( you need hazmat suit for close to 100%) they still make a huge difference in terms of how much virus get in your body at once and that could be the difference between life and death as lower amount of exposure gives your body time to fight it!
2- the boom( exponential spreading of the disease) WILL COME AT A SURPRISING SPEED,it always does, welcome to exponential growth! , as of now expect a 10x growth every 10 days!
3- even the under 50 years old crowd are getting slammed by this virus so dont be a fool going to bars, events, etc thinking u are 20 and u are safe !
4-LOCKDOWNS WORK!. so expect one to come in your country sooner then you think.
5- each of us has a VITAL ROLE in flattening the curve( number of infected vs health care capacity)

in the end it didnt have to be this way if governments and billioners simply put human life at higher value then profit by starting lockdowns and travel bans and gatherings much much earlier.
