Yes, this is all true. 

It's comparing apples with oranges, though. I have thousands of money units in my wallet. I have hundreds of thousands of, not euros, not dollars, but Hungarian money units on my bank account. 

That doesn't mean I'm rich. It's only a different 'rating system' of wealth, so to speak.
