It’s a method for deploying open-source games on free cloud services. There are some example games included, and after deployment, they can be accessed via a custom domain name. If you can’t access it, it’s possible that it has been blocked in your region, but most of my friends around me can access it without any issues.
I saw a post (https://www.chess.com/forum/view/off-topic/do-you-know-any-unblocked-games-for-school-2-0) asking about unblocked game sites. I think instead of looking for sites, it’s better to deploy the games to your own private domain. That way, you can play them for a long time. That’s what I did as well.
