You have 1678 friends. Let me guess, you have hundreds of friend requests pending.
Every time you try to do anything, chess.com has to check the status of each of them.
No wonder you can't do anything.
I would write an email request to support and ask them to figure it out. There may be a limit to how many friends and requests you can have.
You may need a friendectomy.
