The 3rd one is a worse time reverse spell - This keeps time flowing for everything else except the object. You could break an object on something and reform it to capture said object. There's so many different uses. Look up "Crazy Diamond" from Jojo's.
And the 4th one is a bit to op - It'll be a melee. You can only use your right hand. Either that, or you can summon a fast-moving hand that has a range of 1-3 meters around you. That'll balance it.
What if you made a completely useless one and give is one small purpose that will foreshadow any future events
