e^ix^2=cos(x^2)+isin(x^2)

(e^ix)^x=cos(x^2)+isin(x^2)

(cos(x)+isin(x))^x=cos(x^2)+isin(x^2)

However, I cannot simplify the left side...

Sometimes using its  equivalence series would help. Such as binomial series, etc.

The result would not exact but pretty close approximating.

There are many kinds of the series you can choose to suit your purpose.

The result would not exact but satisfying for technical application purposes. Even the series are used to solve the problem in mathematical field.
