We'd probably frown on excessive personal attacks, but expressing your dislike for them and your happiness that they aren't part of the site any more is probably okay. It's probably healthier for you and for everyone all around if we just leave them behind and move on, though.
And yes, we have now applied a perma-ban to @ukermann and all of his account variations - if he turns up somewhere, send me a PM and I'll verify.
