If she can't contact support then how did she contact support lol. Support will open closed accounts as long as one can prove that they own the account, so she must have failed at that Regardless, your threads are not going to help the situation and you have nothing to leverage lol. They did not make any big screw-ups. You got banned for moping around and saying some messed up things from what I heard. Chess.com will reopen her account, she must have done something incorrectly. Still, they have no reason to listen to you.

If she didn't do anything incorrectly then she would have been reopened. I also know you didn't just say you were struggling about your mental health, that' not an offense. You probably made some messed up threads and/or lashed out at other members randomly like I have seen you do.

Truly tragic, though I play much more chess than I do messing with people. Also I very rarely post threads so I'm not sure how you were able to deduct my nature off of them, but whatever. I don't know exactly why you got banned, but I'm able to connect some of the dots you've given me and others have given me and make a educated guess. Regardless of the accuracy of my prediction, one fact still remains being that you did not get banned because you said you were struggling with your mental health, that's not an offense at all.
