This is a revised edition of my OTFer ranking thread. A tier list felt to general, so now I'm gonna rank y'all from 1-10. I'm also going to have an awards section for specific people who I think are special in some way, such as funniest or kindest. Once again, please don't be angry if you get a low ranking. It's probably because I don't know you really well. When doing this list, I'll consider your not only your threads and presence on OTF, but also how well I know you and how much I like you. Lastly, this is MY LIST. A lot of you said my list was bad last time, so I'm just saying that this is purely my opinion. Feel free to voice your opinion, but just take this into consideration!
