AHHH come on.   lol.   and "SOME" people.....

facts are - guns are fun to shoot and bullets are getting expensive.

….and it’s mad SAD children bigtime enjoy stupid virtual shootumup nonsense

Yea VR is cool but there definitely is an appropriate age for some of those gun games

…appropriate age for any of them is no age, thereby no need, sad af =/

Man, you should try Oculus - the new resident evil game.    That's intense.    So, I take it you don't even like nerf guns?  no guns period?

Of course you would. It’s nice that those with a lower iq can revel in the fact they have a lower iq.

Yea usually when I get called an idiot it's because I have a good time with my life and others around me.       and lower iq?  you know this because.....you know me?   lol .   that means "laugh out loud"

…..that’s even no for water pistols, the simple fact of enjoyment, regardless they have any physical affects, it’s the influence of liking what belongs not even in a dictionary.

lol like a slingshot? I have to agree someone took down a Nephilim in ancient history, however, had there not to begin with any confliction with the Heavenly BEGINNING nor would there have been such absolutely unneeded, unnecessary conceptions of weaponry..tear.png

….all violence is just absolutely sad =/

Yes, violence is sad but firearms are not. The truth is that firearms are not violent. I've owned quite a few for many years and not one of them has shown the least bit of a tendency toward violence. I don't need them to feel big or powerful or whatever you want to dream up. I own them because it's as natural to me as owning a hammer is to a carpenter.

It takes really small people to talk about somebody from behind a computer.

Meximartin must be doing something right when all you wimps in diapers attack him

Hey.  Thanks for this.    I just thought of a great idea.

You know how there is chess/boxing?   What if...WHAT IF there was chess/nerf gun war during a chess tournament.   I'm sure we could all come up with something good...or chess/squirt gun war...  Well, we'd get wet and then play chess...meh.  not such a good idea there.  SCRATCH THAT!

So who has a concealed carry and why do you?  I had a good conversation with my oldest the other day about this and am now wondering what any of your opinions are and or reasons.

Since this thread is supposed to be about the guns themselves and not whether they are inherently evil I'll post what to me is eye candy and the pride of my old military firearm collection. Some years ago I managed to buy a Johnson, Model of 1941. It's a semi-automatic rifle developed for military use. It's problem was that it was competing against the M1 Garand to see which the Army would adopt. The M1 won the competition but not by much and became the first semi-automatic rifle to become standard issue in any army.

With WWII just around the corner the US Army ordered every M1 they could. The Marines were offered some M1s on contract but they refused. (Semi-autos?!? We don't need no stinking semi-autos! We're Marines!) The Dutch military ordered a bunch to be sent to Southeast Asia but the Japanese overran the area before they got there so they came back and went into storage. After a few months combat in the South Pacific the Marines were begging for M1s but the Army had dibs on every one that could be made. They settled for some of the Johnsons.

After the war the Johnsons in storage were sold to a civilian company called Winfield Arms (not the same as the current Winfield Arms, I think) who "sporterized" them by putting on civilian type sights and replacing the stocks. They were then sold to sportsmen for hunting. Eventually, because they are relatively rare, they became collectors items for gun enthusiasts (guilty as charged). The Johnsons still in 100% military configuration are the highest cost. Then there are three or four grades of the civilian models. Mine is the lowest grade civilian model. It looks almost identical to the one in this picture from Wikipedia's M1941 Johnson rifle page. The only obvious differences are that mine has standard civilian front sight and no sling. I also don't have a bayonet for it.

As much as I like you gomer, and try and understand where you are coming from, it makes me sad when I read some of your posts. You idolise an item without thinking about how many people died from being shot by that thing. I’ve got to ask. Do you only care about the lives of Americans?
