It is just that fantasy doesn't always translate into you literally wanting that in real life. Vampire fantasies are super common (why do you think The Vampire Diaries or Twilight were so popular?). It isn't that you really want to encounter this in real life, but rather that many of the elements of vampires are attractive.
Vampires are usually really good-looking, charming and powerful. Vampires tend to have the means to take care of you (physically with their power of course, but also in other ways such as financially as they tend to live in huge manors or castles and have "old money" and influences across the world due to living for so long). Vampires also have a raw dominance element to them that can be arousing; it is likely these psychological cues which are appealing to you and not the literal "vampire" element itself.
@Hated_girl2006 or anyone else embarrassed, or feeling weird, by their own interests can feel free to message me if you need a safe space to chat and get advice or even if you just want a listening ear.
