Absolutely pathetic sport , watching two guys knock the stuffing out of each other resulting in untold long term injuries .

The Footwork... the head movement, technique, fight iq, distance controll, natural skills, styles ahhh... you wouldn't know what if a giant lady stalked you or something what you gonna do? Call for help? You need self defence and its great exercise!
