Help needed - should I be worried?

Ok so I've been worried about this ever since it happened....

I was at work and moving about stock outside. There are always those little gnatty flies that you get in your eyes and cant help but swallow and I tend not to worry too much about those.

However today I had my mouth open (I do that a lot when I am working) and a big bluebottle fly flew into my mouth and I swallowed it, seemingly whole - for I spat and spat but no bits came out.

Aside from the fact that I think flies are dirty and was worried about what it had been flying on or near prior to flying in my mouth (especially as there is a manure patch near to where I was working and also some swampy water that stagnates at the end of stream nearby and smells a lot - I am concerned that I've now swallowed a living creature and what it's now doing buzzing around my insides.

I think back to a certain children's song - and wonder if I now need to locate and swallow a spider, bird, cat, dog, goat, cow and horse?

Can anyone recommend me on my next course of action?

Does anyone have any of these animals to hand that I could have?

Should I worry because I seem to remember the old lady in the story doesn't have a very happy ending ...

Is my time on this Earth now limited?

That' s what you get for being a mouth breather.

But if I breathed through my nose I might have it stuck buzzing around up there now instead ... then what would I do?

Scientific fact: if you eat a bug you will die.  RIP Soorat92.
