Ive never had this problem. Have you tried using the site in different browsers? It could be some browser setting or cookies setting.

everytime I go to play live chess or this is worse if I play a tournament a popup shows an archived game from ages ago and says it is no longer active but now archived do I want to see it ? - - pressing the wrong buttons gets me locked out of the tournament - - how do I get rid of this popup ?
