So the phrahes "He's a dry guy" works and exists, and everybody knows what it means, it's a kind of personality. Boring, nit-picking, repetitive and so on.

The opposite "wet guy" doesn't exist though. If you heard someone say "he has a wet personality" or "He's OK but maybe a bit wet" would kind of associations would you get?
