Ruby, my advice, the only advice I really know to give, is to look for help. Go to another therapist. Go to Alex. Go to someone who can help you. It may seem pointless, it may seem like therapists can’t help, but you are worth too much to give up on.

Ruby, if you ever want music to listen to, you should listen to citizen soldier and Alexander Stewart, they both have great music, it’s helped me a lot when I’m feeling depressed.
Ruby, maybe if 15 therapist don't work then you need to take medicine, some ppl with mental conditions do that.
