That is a WW1 propaganda poster demonising the enemy (Germany, which would have been obvious at the time but you can tell today by the distinctive helmet) and encouraging men to enlist in the army lest their women be captured by these 'monsters'.

Wait- history is older than propaganda, because history exists from the very moment time started to exist. While propaganda exists since humans appeared on Earth.
