Why when you swear or say SOMETHING RACIST, sexual, or INAPPROPRIATE in Live Chess, or Daily Chess you DO NOT GET banned/MUTED the 1ST time???? I believe you should be banned/MUTED 1ST time you say wrong words, because the goal of Chess.COM is EVERYONE should NOT have to feel EXCLUDED or HURT. Any opinions on this?? Feel free to PM me or POST SOMETHING in The "COMMENT SECTION" down below.

To the best of my knowledge you do get muted/banned. This happened to me, I reported the person and they were punished.
