Any kind of bar soap or liquid dish soap also kills the virus.

Wash your hands every time you come home. Before you shop at the store, wash your hands and wipe off the cart or basket handle with a paper towel with a bit of disinfectant on it.
At the check out line, maintain social distancing. Use your bank card for payment instead of cash, and don't take the receipt unless you can tear it from the machine yourself.
When you get home. wash off your groceries. To do this, make a "clean" place on your counter, then take each product from the the bag, one at a time, and wipe each down with disinfectant. If you prefer to use soap and water, don't wash your bread bag if it's paper. You will need to use hand disinfectant for that type of bag, or open the bag and dump the bread into a bowl that you can later cover with plastic wrap. When you are done cleaning off the groceries, wash your hands.
AFter you go outside, be sure to wipe the bottom of your shoes with disinfectant when you come home. Clean your floors often.

AT home, wipe the door handles often.
OTher than that, if you have a breath mask, where when you go to the store or places where there will be people.
Eat healthy food, reduce smoking (if you smoke), don't hang out with people you don't live with, and try not to worry too much.
