Canada is relatively safe, the healthcare is free but still high quality, but less job opportunities
If you’re going to go to America, I recommend staying out of big cities if you can afford it, crime/shooting rates there are much higher
23 you’ll get used to it. Stay fairly south and it will get cold, but with proper jackets and clothing which is fairly cheap here, you should be safe.
High cold is much less dangerous than high heat
Europe is great for quality of life, but very expensive. If you can afford it though, it’s really best, especially the country areas of Britain or Switzerland (both are expensive to live at however)
A rural area can be nice - like a town of 10k or if you want a nice city probably one around 100k-200k
However, Denmark, Sweden, France, Germany, Korea, Japan, and Britain are by far better than America
If you get accepted as a Korean, it’s fantastic. Some parts of France are better than some part of America.
But Koreans are generally pretty racist, especially to the Japanese. However, they generally like Americans for their help in the disaster called the Korean War, where South Korea could’ve completely won if just an American general didn’t get too greedy.
