how do I get a rating over 1000?

It’s just so hard I do win but most of the times I lose because of my parents telling me to do stuff but even if I do win it goes up really slowly. My rating used to be 1100 but because of my parents it is now 200. My parents have stopped doing that to me now but it is so hard to get my rating up. Please help!
First focus on getting above 200
Bro good is considered like 1200 minimum
