its too specific to be a Google problem
So, the battery in the battery backup died, so we have no internet or TV. (I'm posting this thanks to the magic of a personal hotspot). My dad is the only one who knows how, but he is at a hockey game and won't be back in 3-4 hours. How do I replace the battery backup? (My mom and older sister are also here and may help)
