How does one celebrate a birthday without cake?

To celebrate a birthday without a cake 🎂......is just completely unthinkable ! 🙀
Hmm. That would not be the best birthday perhaps. But I suppose it varies by person. I know someone who had a root beer float once instead of a cake. And there is ice cream. That wouldn't completely substitute, but it is better than nothing..
A pint of lager 🍺 is also better than nothing ✌️😎
