How much diabetes is on a mcdonalds burger

I saw someone order extra diabeties at mcdonalds. How much diabetes is nnormally on a burger? 

Going to a get a large big tasty with bacon meal with a coke plus 2 double cheeseburgers when I finish work in a couple hours. I'll ask the staff if that information is available.

They had no information on diabetic content. But according to the packaging there was 118g fat (of which saturates 46g), 28g sugars, 9.3g salt. That's just in the burgers and fries, I cant be bothered to look up the info for the large coke and Oreo Mcflurry I also got because I'm lethargic after my big feed. Going to round things off with a cigarette now. Winning.
