How old is chess.com?

I saw how meny members chess.com has and its a realy big number so i wondered in how many years it tookfor chess.com to have so meny members. If there is a graphic of the traffic of chess.com or any other thing like that, it would be great, but the date chess.com was made is good Cool.

Chess.com, in its modern incarnation, with live chess, was started in 2007.

The url has actually been around since the 90's, and was started by a company that developed the Chess Mentor program. The current owners bought the url and that software in 2006.
