How to get a refund from Roblox?

Hello, gamers. So I've been a loyal Roblox fan for almost 3.5 years. I mostly play Murder mystery, Adopt me, and Piggy (Almost mastered them all). Yesterday evening while playing, I suddenly got a notification that My Roblox account has been suspended.

I have no idea what happened? I don’t think I violated any Roblox community guidelines. Can anyone help me what can I do to restore my account? And if I can get a refund for my premium subscription?

there can be many reasons behind your account suspension. People often complain their account got suspended without reason, but most people haven't read the community guidelines.  I think you didn't as well

The most common reasons are inappropriate behavior, discriminatory behavior, and spamming. Even discussing moderation/suspension on the Roblox platform may lead to account suspension. 

You can raise an appeal from the Roblox support page with the email ID which you used to create the account. Make sure you apply within 30 days of the ban.

As far as I remember, I haven't violated any guidelines. I went through some articles about possible reasons behind account suspension. I never shared anything in chat nor did I display any bad behavior. I spend hours on Roblox so intentionally violating its guideline is the last thing I would do. 

I will try to write to support team and try to restore my account somehow.

Maybe you used some third party programs to exploit the game? I mean this is not illegal but Roblox doesn’t tolerate such behavior as well. I’ve read they suspended hundreds of accounts in past for same reason. 

AAAh, damn, okay i think I know what is wrong here. I use this script editor for Adopt me and one other game. Maybe this is what got me banned. I can’t remember the name of that software now, but I thought it was safe to use. Dammit, 

Okay Buddy, this exploiter did it for you. I know they are fun to use and seriously, who doesn’t wanna have unlimited health and money, lol. Well you should try some other exploit program. I’ve using jjsploit for past few months and so far it’s going good. Also, maybe use a throwaway account if you want to use any exploiter.
