Right, here’s how to make my very own sugar cookies, they taste really good, honestly. If you don’t like them, don’t blame me .
You will need:
1/4 stick butter
75 caster sugar
200g plain flour
Little drop of milk
Nutmeg (Optional)
2 egg yolks
Method:
First beat the butter and sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy.
Mix in the egg yolks
Add the flour and nutmeg if using.
Mix until a stiff dough forms
Add enough drops of milk for it to become less stiff and more doughy.
Roll the dough out to the thickness of a coin and shape it into whatever shape you want
Bake it in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Then ice them, give them to someone, or eat them like they are.
