People are posting forums that are asking to join there chess groups, But I don't know how to search them. Please give me some info on how to seach them.

Click Clubs, then click online groups.  There is a search mechanism there that should help you find what you are looking for.  Also, you can always request that the poster provide a link to the group if you are unable to find it.
