How would I turn that into a living human body? Can I just make individual organs bones joint and other parts of the human body and assemble them like Lego? Or would I need to grow it?
what if you took a live human and slowly changed each body part to smthn synthetic like a cyborg, all while keeping the subject alive? then the soul would never escape the body, and you could basically make smthn like the terminator, or just a synthetically enhanced human being

I want to create a human from scratch, not turn one into a cyborg. Also I’m pretty sure a machine can’t even be sentient

As far as I know that hasn’t even been attempted. And you should never knock it will you try it. And as far as I know all emotions, sensations, and thoughts are just brain activity so I don’t see why I couldn’t synthesize that
Realistically, it would seem impossible to synthesize human body parts into one human. Even with modern-day technology and all of the resources available to scientists, it's just something that doesn't seem possible, or may ever be.
You cannot grow a human...
