They'll feel offended because it "targets them" or "belittles their race", or "just sees them as a race". I guess.
Look I don't know much about other people getting offended. There's things about "being considerate" and when you make a joke you're being ignorant. But it's only with people you know won't be offended. People have different places where they draw the line and it makes it hard to pinpoint where the joke should objectively matter. In my opinion it's just words and we'll all die anyway.

Honestly these racial stereotype jokes have been used to death. Worst thing is nobody finds any other stereotypes than the 5 moet common ones about each race.
