I have a piece of plastic in my throat! what should I do? someone please help?

I was drinking voss water, and in order to open it u have to rip this plastic bc its fancy water, plastic got in the bottle and I didn't see it when I drank it
How do u know? Well I figured that out bc I haven't been choking, I tried gagging myself but it's not coming out
