I dont want to use the ones that hurt my head but these ones are really loud
its wireless and the volume control connected to my PC
I already used the control panel (windows 10 computer)

why are my headphones still loud if the volume is at 0
even my relative can hear the music so im not hearing things and I have the youtube volume low too
