Well, to tell the truth my dad told me of a story long ago(I don’t think if it’s true, but...), where is pet rabbit, ate a 500 gram neodymium magnet(some 15 years ago), and got stuck to another bigger monster magnet in my fathers workshop and died...
Make him puke it out
Just don't get an England soccer player to try and extract it - he'll be sure to miss it.

If he eats 1 magnet it should be fine. If it ate two then that's a problem.
