#4 Well, if we want OTF to be a kind, helpful, lack of trolls and spams(they're unavoidable. That's why I use 'lack of ___' instead of 'absolutely no ___') we need:

1. OTF thread quality police: they're the ones who fight spam threads and tell the definition of spam by giving negative comments to spam threads that are useless, unentertaining, and uncreative.

2. Education on methods to fend off spammers and trolls: we already have one that is called BRDI(block, report, DM a mod, ignore). However, some of these newer OTFers doesn't know about the method since no one taught it to them.

3. The fixed definition of spam: in chess.com's definition of spam, they said that spamming is like when someone post too much repetitive comments or threads in a short time. Meanwhile, our definition of spam is the chess.com's but we added uncreative threads and such to it... Yeah, chess.com needs to update the definition of spam once again since that one is outdated.

4. Hmm, most people hate spam threads I believe... Some of them also hated another user... Yeah, I can only do the spam and trolls part. Maybe you can add more for the kind and helpful part...
