Destroyer. This piece moves like a queen… but only once. And if your opponent takes it, you automatically lose.

I’d add a special piece that can move anywhere within two squares of it, can jump over other pieces, CANNOT BE CAPTURED, and is movable by both players. Assuming this is just a variant.
I would add a dragon
It moves like a bishop and a knight
