That's not the same as the real mod icon, which you can see next to my name.

Please do not use this to pretend to be a mod.  We take that pretty seriously, and consequences can include a lengthy mute.

I can't believe you just said that and took that seriously smh you were the people that introduced flairs and now you already are threatening to mute people for joking about them smh

I'm am just providing a friendly warning that there are certain types of jokes that could get you in trouble.  I took no action on this thread, but people have done things like put fake mod comments in their comments, post comments in the green text we use for official moderator comments as if they were a moderator, and we don't appreciate that.

We want the real moderators and their actions and comments to be easily distinguishable at a glance from fakes, impersonation, and jokes.  Steer clear of that kind of stuff and you'll be fine.

Pretty much any forum will strongly object to fake moderators.

I actually don't think people outside of Beta can see flairs.

If by flair you mean the thing that says  RAR when u click your profile then I see it and I'm not in beta but I don't see leons pawn thingy

Avatar of Stephen_Stanfield

Ok, do you see a diamond for my membership or the checkmate symbol?

Avatar of rcudaflaggingGOAT21

Diamond

Avatar of Stephen_Stanfield

Ok, in beta you can change it to all sorts of things. Leon changed it to something that looks a little like the mod pawn.

Yes, this is currently only in beta.  However, features in beta will eventually make their way to the main site (unless they just prove too buggy or something), so this will be coming to everyone in the coming days.
