Is there any technique so we (human) could produce vocal in infra sound level ?

and also ultrasound, so I could commmunicate with my dogs !

Oh, so both of U are using touchscreen device,tech created for people who are confort with their lazyness.  I used that on my chess games before, until my hands got sweat & I lost in some games because I slipped alot! So,never again I would use tscreen, eventhough U`re calling keyboard as stupid handheld device controls, Einstein
