cool it's changed alot since you were at your peak instead of training untill you had to crawl out of the dojo there is a lot more silly sport science keeping you're heart rate down and so on the deference is in you're day great britain would send a team of five to a tourney and always bring 2 or 3 medals now with the scientific aproch we are pleased as puntch to get 5th or 7th places disapointing
